Cedar Apartments
Cedar Apartments are in our vibrant, new West Campus community. The open-center building design offers ample spaces to relax, study and socialize.
Cedar Apartments offer spacious four-bedroom apartments with fully-furnished kitchens and a shared bathroom for every two bedrooms. A dining plan is not required.
Floors in Cedar Apartments are assigned based on class standing, with two floors prioritized for graduate students, two floors prioritized for freshmen, and one floor prioritized for transfer students.

Rates
Rates range from $1,011 to $1,067 per month per student for a four-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, with an 11 1/2-month agreement.
Students who will be away from campus for a quarter during the agreement period have the option to sublet their room.
