The Essential Baking Company, a certified organic bakery located in Wallingford, provides our organic sandwich breads, rolls, artisan pastries and desserts.

Bagel Oasis, located in Ravenna, provides our bagels, which are all natural and boiled, then baked in the authentic New York-style. We make our own gourmet cream cheeses, the perfect compliment to your toasted bagel. Mighty O Donuts, located in Greenlake, provides our organic dairy-free donuts.

We use only 100 percent certified Fair Trade organic shade-grown espresso. Tully’s Coffee provides our coffees, which are handcrafted in small batches using vintage cast iron roasters from the 1950s. Café 815 Mercer offers a full espresso menu, including organic teas and refreshing iced drinks.

Catering

We also offer casual catering services. Fill out a catering order form ahead of time, print it and hand it to our barista, or email it as an attachment directly to the café manager at slucafe@u.washington.edu.

Café 815 Mercer does not offer delivery or set-up for catering orders. If your event requires delivery, set-up or other services, we recommend you contact our partner Bay Laurel Catering at catering@u.washington.edu.
