The University of Washington (UW) verifies the eligibility of students who apply for Commodore Duchess, Radford Court and Nordheim Court, three apartment communities for UW students which are managed by Lorig Management Services, a private property-management company.

A limited number of Single Student Apartments are available in Stevens Court for students age 19 and older. Graduate students are given priority.
