Meeting Room Reservations


HFS residence hall students may reserve the following HFS meeting rooms through Conference Services as long as 50 percent or more of the event participants are current HFS residence hall students. The event space request must be made for and by a current HFS residence hall student who will be attending the event.

If you are a student living in the HFS residence halls and would like to request space for a meeting, please complete the online request form. The request form must be submitted no later than three business days prior to the event. Instructions are included on the form.

Conference Services will process and confirm your event reservation by email within three business days. Submission of a request does not guarantee a reservation. Only requests for which an emailed confirmation has been issued by the Conference Services Office are valid.

Please note:

  • Requests must be for no more than three hours.
  • Reservations will not be accepted during Finals Week, Winter Break or Spring Break.
  • A series may have more than three reserved meetings per academic quarter, but is limited to having a maximum of three booked reservations per academic quarter at a time.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your room reservation, email the Conference Services Office as soon as possible. Failure to give notice of cancelled events may result in the loss of privilege to reserve a meeting space in the future.
