Located on the street level of Elm Hall, Cultivate is a special destination for students, faculty, staff and guests who want to experience full-service dining with a nod to locally sourced fresh food and a community feel. The menu celebrates new discoveries and memories of food, and features a Pacific Northwest twist on regional comforts. Try our savory signature house-smoked pastrami or shrimp po'boy sandwich. Vegetarians can revel in the fresh, crisp tastes of our seasonal market salad, veggie quesadillas or the mac bar.
