for students, faculty and staff who want to experience full-service dining with
a nod to locally sourced fresh food and a community feel. The menu celebrates
new discoveries and memories of food, and features a Pacific Northwest twist on
regional comforts. Try our savory signature house-smoked pastrami or ginger
beer-glazed pork belly buns. Vegetarians can revel in the fresh, crisp tastes
of our seasonal market salad or black-eyed pea and quinoa cakes.
Burger: One of the
"Best Burgers Around Puget Sound" according
to KING 5 viewers. A 6 oz hand-hewn patty, house slather, Peppashire pub
cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomato and red onion on a butter-
pretzel roll. One word—incredible.
Jar Trifles: A seasonal
special. Featured here is a
jar trifle with fresh strawberries, custard,
cake, whipped cream and a chocolate meringue

Bubbler: A seasonal, light and refreshing fizzy drink infused with
fresh cucumber, mint and lime. Offered for a limited time only! Ask your server
