What's next for you? Our 12-month apartments are the perfect next step for the upperclassman who's ready to move out of the halls, for the student who's planning to go to school year-round, for the transfer student who wants a little more independence.
For independent living plus a sense of community, and designed with UW students in mind, our fully-furnished apartments are the perfect next step. You'll have a private bedroom, and share common areas and kitchen with two to five other students; all are utilities. The dining account is optional and includes extra choices for those who don't want a full meal package.
Enjoy on-site social events and Residential Life community-development and academic-success programs.
