UW Street Food is a collection of UW food trucks created to bring the authentic, affordable and tasty street food experience to campus. Look for us on Red Square, and check back here often for menu updates and specials.
Enjoy signature street food treats like our Nacho Dawg, which features chili, nacho cheese, Fritos and jalapeno, or try our new Seattle Dawg with cream cheese and caramelized onions. We also serve Andouille chicken sausage and vegan Field Roast. Top your dawg with your choice of sauerkraut, pickled jalapeno, onion and relish.
Serving up a tasty breakfast and island-style plate lunches with street foods like SPAM musubi, Kalua pig sliders, vegan kalbi tofu, fried rice, Korean lacquered barbecued chicken and mac salad. Breakfast favorites include the Loco Moto and the breakfast fried rice with SPAM.

Barbecue sandwiches and sliders with house-smoked savory barbecued meats. Still hungry? We’ve also got sliders, mac and cheese and classic barbecue side dishes.
Greet the day with these sweet and savory treats. Our menu includes the Biscuit Sandwich with fried egg, Tillamook cheddar, tomato jam and your choice of bacon or sausage. Want something lighter? Avocado Toast comes with a fried egg and onion-rosemary jam on crusty sourdough. We’ve also got chicken and waffles, a waffle grilled cheese and breakfast congee made with seasonal UW Farm produce.
